Skye Point Rd Project

This Lake Macquarie home came to us after the original builder went bankrupt, leaving the owners with an incomplete build, multiple defects and a great deal of uncertainty around how the project would move forward.

Novacoast Building took over from the framing stage, carrying out a detailed assessment of the existing works, rectifying defects and managing the remainder of the construction through to completion. Built on a steep and challenging sloping block, the project required careful coordination, problem-solving and attention to detail throughout every stage.

The completed home features four large bedrooms, three bathrooms, three generous living areas, a residential lift, underfloor heating and a large covered balcony overlooking Lake Macquarie. The property also includes a boatshed, making the most of its waterfront setting and lifestyle.

With its contemporary design, stone detailing, expansive glazing and multiple levels, the home was a complex build that demanded a high level of workmanship and coordination.

The end result is a beautifully finished waterfront residence delivered to a high standard and completed within the required timeframe — turning a difficult situation into a home the owners could finally enjoy.
