Not at all. If you have completed plans we can build from them; if not, we'll refer you to our architect partners for design assistance. For duplexes and townhouses we work with a specialist architect from the design stage through to construction.
Yes. We provide clear, detailed fixed-price contracts so you know exactly where you stand before construction begins - no hidden surprises along the way.
Novacoast Building is a fully licensed and insured builder and a member of the HIA (Housing Industry Association). Builder's Licence 345099C, HIA Member 1259215.
