Ettalong Beach - Knock Down Rebuild

This knockdown rebuild in Ettalong Beach gave the owners a fresh start with a two-storey Hamptons-style home. Soft grey horizontal cladding, white trim, gabled rooflines and a covered upper balcony give the façade its classic coastal character. Pale brickwork, a welcoming entry and landscaped front garden complete the street presence.

Inside, white cabinetry and a generous island anchor the open-plan kitchen and living area. Timber-toned flooring brings warmth to the light interior, while large sliding doors open onto the rear deck. A skylight brightens the stairwell, and the bathroom combines marble-look wall tiles with darker floor tiles for a subtle contrast. The finished home balances familiar Hamptons details with comfortable spaces for everyday living.
