Gwandalan Home Addition

This home addition involved extending the existing residence to accommodate two new bedrooms and an ensuite, providing additional space for the growing family's needs. The project also included internal alterations, converting an existing bedroom into a dedicated kids' living area, creating a separate space for the children to relax, play and enjoy.

The extension was constructed using timber framing with external weatherboard cladding to complement the existing home. Works included modifications to the existing roofline, integration of the new addition with the original structure, and construction of new rear stairs to improve access to the backyard. The completed project provides additional bedrooms, a new bathroom and a dedicated children's living space while maintaining a consistent appearance with the existing residence.
