This bathroom and separate WC renovation transformed two dated spaces into modern, practical areas with updated finishes throughout. The completed bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with a frameless glass screen, contemporary shower fittings, a floating vanity with an above-counter basin, and contrasting grey wall and floor tiles. The separate WC was updated with a modern toilet suite, new floor tiling and tiled wall skirting.
The renovation involved a complete strip-out of the existing bathroom and WC, including removal of asbestos wall sheeting and replacement of the existing flooring. Works included installation of new wall linings, plumbing alterations, waterproofing, floor and wall tiling, and installation of new fixtures and fittings. Both rooms were fully renovated while retaining their existing locations and overall layout.
