This extensive renovation and addition transformed the original single-storey home into a completely reworked two-storey residence.
The existing house was stripped back internally and rebuilt with a new layout, finishes and services throughout. A full second-storey addition created three new bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the ground floor was extensively renovated to include a new kitchen, two living areas, bathroom, separate toilet, study and additional storage.
The project involved major structural alterations, new framing, roofing, windows, internal linings, flooring, cabinetry, bathrooms, electrical and plumbing works, along with a complete refurbishment of the existing home. The result is a significantly larger, more functional family home that feels cohesive from the original ground floor through to the new upper level.
